Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g ground beef, lean
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 pointed pepper, red
- 3 cloves garlic
- e.g. parsley, flat or spring onions
- n. B. Thyme
- cumin
- Pul Beaver
- Broth, granulated
- 100 ml water
- 1 tbsp, heaped tomato paste
- 1 tbsp, leveled paprika powder
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tomato(s), sliced
- 1 pointed pepper, green or green bell pepper, cut into strips

Turkish minced meat pie with vegetables
Finely chop the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and parsley or spring onions, e.g. using a Quickchef. Knead this vegetable mixture with the minced meat, thyme, cumin, Pul Biber, stock powder, and salt. Place the meat mixture in an oval or round baking dish or casserole dish, about 1.5 to 2 cm thick (the size of the dish should be). Distribute the tomatoes and green bell peppers evenly over the mixture. For the topping, mix together the water, paprika, and tomato paste and spread over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 185°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes on the middle rack. Mint yogurt made from drained Greek yogurt mixed with salt, pepper, and dried mint, then allowed to marinate, goes very well with this.
