Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 piece(s) fresh ginger (walnut-sized)
- 1 tsp curry powder, hot
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 2 tbsp oil
- 600 g chicken breast fillet(s) without skin
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 38 minutes
Marinade for poultry
Peel and finely grate the ginger. Then mix well with the curry, soy sauce, lime juice, cane sugar, and oil. Wash the meat, pat dry, and cut into strips. Then mix with the marinade and refrigerate for 2 hours. Then thread the meat onto 12 shish kebab skewers and place them on the grill. After grilling, season with salt and pepper.
