Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 turkey schnitzels
- 250 g rice (jasmine rice, fragrant rice)
- ¾ jar mango chutney, sweet
- some desiccated coconut for breading
- some butter
- some cream or milk
- Fat for frying the schnitzels
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with fragrant rice and mango chutney
Pound the turkey cutlets, then coat them in mango chutney and coat with desiccated coconut. Fry in plenty of oil. Cook the jasmine rice according to the instructions and add a little butter. In a small saucepan, combine the remaining mango chutney with a little cream or milk to make a sauce and heat. Serve the cutlets with the rice and add the sauce.
