Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced beef
- 1 head of white cabbage
- 3 bay leaves
- 6 juniper berries
- 6 allspice berries
- 1 tbsp, heaped caraway seeds
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 large onion(s)

super easy and good to prepare
Brown the minced meat until crumbly. Dice the onions and add them to the minced meat. Add the bay leaves, juniper berries, and allspice. Season everything generously with salt and pepper. Thinly grate the white cabbage and mix with caraway seeds and a little salt. Now preheat the oven to 180°C. Layer the minced meat in a roasting pan or large pot, alternating layers. First layer the cabbage, then the minced meat, and finally the cabbage. Pour cream over everything and place it in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 45-60 minutes. I always leave the pot in the oven for 60 minutes.
