Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 white cabbage
- 1 kg minced meat, mixed
- 1 leek(s)
- 5 carrots
- 250 g bacon, streaky, smoked
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Clean the vegetables. Finely chop the cabbage, cut the carrots into thin strips, and simmer both in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Finely slice the leek and dice the bacon. Fry the minced meat with the bacon until tender and crumbly. Add the leek to the sauté last. Drain the remaining vegetables through a sieve and simmer. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with the potatoes (you can simmer them, but they’ll need to be precooked, as everything else will already be cooked).
