Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of coriander
  • 100 ml pear schnapps or fruit brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Something for those with a sweet tooth, or as a gift. Makes approx. 600 ml.

Pour the cream into a saucepan, heat gently, and melt the chocolate in it. Let it cool slightly. Whisk the egg yolks and powdered sugar until creamy, then pour in the pear schnapps. Add the chocolate cream and spices and mix well. Bottle and refrigerate.
