For the infusion, you need a bottle of at least 1 liter or larger. First, add the juices and alcohol to the infusion vessel and add all the ingredients one by one. The juices can be homemade or store-bought. Adjust the brown sugar as needed, depending on how sweet you want the liqueur to be. The brown sugar, or rock sugar, adds a little caramel flavor. If you like, you can also add a few squeezes of lemon. Then shake the infusion vigorously until the cocoa has dissolved. If it doesn’t, then there’s too much, and you’ll have to keep adding the cocoa before drinking. I shook the liqueur several times over two days. I also used different amounts of cocoa and brown sugar in the liqueur. The difference between the two parts of the liqueur was significant. So, mix your own liqueur. This is just a suggestion. Elderberry juice and apple juice are also healthy and help prevent colds. The whole thing can also be made for children without alcohol, as a punch. Please drink it warm but do not boil it.
