Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 3 tsp Tabasco
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 ml apple juice
  • 100 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spanish Variation

In a bowl, combine the ground beef with Tabasco, pepper, and salt. Stir in the apple juice. Add the flour and mix well. Form burger patties and fry. You won’t taste the apple juice after frying.
