A very special kind of brownie
First, prepare the actual brownie. To do this, mix flour, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, Nutella, sunflower oil, milk, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl in any order. The batter shouldn’t be overmixed, but just enough to create a brown, slightly sticky mixture. This is because otherwise, the brownie won’t be fluffy, but rather firm. Then, transfer the mixture to a new, microwave-safe bowl. This should be large enough to allow the brownie to expand during baking! You can choose any dish. Then, transfer the whole thing to the microwave and cook for about 4 minutes. Once the brownie is ready, it’s best to set it aside and let it cool, so you can finish this calorie bomb later. Next, prepare the coating. To do this, pour the ice cream into a bowl and stir until smooth. Then, whip the whipped cream until stiff peaks form. Once this is done, stir in the melted ice cream evenly and slowly. Once the brownie has cooled, carefully tip it onto a separate plate and cut it in half horizontally. Then, spread a 1cm-thick layer of the ice cream and cream mixture on the bottom and return the top to its original position. Finally, spread the entire brownie evenly with the rest of the ice cream and cream. A quick tip: Coconut flakes, like sugar sprinkles, are great for decoration and add a special flavor!
