Spelt bread with flax and chia seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 800 g spelt flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast or 1 cube of fresh yeast
  • 15 g salt
  • 1 tsp bread spice mix
  • 4 tbsp flaxseed
  • 4 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp beet syrup
  • 750 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 55 minutes

Knead all ingredients with a food processor for 10 minutes. Pour the fairly thick dough into one large or two small baking pans, cover, and let it rise slightly. Place the bread in the oven at 50 degrees Celsius for 60 minutes, until it has significantly increased in size. Then bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
