The fastest and best muffins ever

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml oil
  • possibly cake icing
  • possibly sweets

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Children from 4 years can make it … makes 14 pieces

Combine all ingredients—in any order—in a bowl (I sift the flour, which creates a smoother batter). Whisk for about 3 minutes, then fill a small ladleful of batter into paper muffin cups (I place these in a sturdy muffin tin first, though, to give them a nicer shape). Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes (I check on them every now and then to let them turn golden yellow). Decorate as desired with icing (we always color them with food coloring), sprinkles, Smarties, etc. It’s incredibly easy and delicious; people always ask me for the recipe. Makes about 14 muffins.
