Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cube of fresh yeast
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 600 ml water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 kg flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Mix the yeast with the honey to make it liquid. Add the water and sprinkle with the salt. Gradually add the flour while stirring constantly. Now form small rolls from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the baking sheet in a cold oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 25-30 minutes. This recipe is sufficient for one baking sheet. Tip: You can also use the dough as pizza dough; then it will be enough for two baking sheets.
