Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 cl white rum
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 1 cl grenadine
  • 350 ml pineapple juice
  • Crushed ice or ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

Exotic summer cocktail, also for eating

Combine all ingredients with some crushed ice in a shaker, shake well, then either add crushed ice or ice cubes and strain into a large cocktail glass, or pour the cocktail directly into the glass. For other glasses, you can simply use less pineapple juice. Besides the obligatory straw, pineapple, physalis, star fruit, or even fruit skewers are suitable for garnish. This is the recipe from my favorite Australian bar; the cocktail pairs fantastically with any kind of BBQ or grilled food.
