Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cl Cream of Coconut (alternatively coconut syrup)
  • 10 cl pineapple
  • 2 cl cream
  • 7 ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place the ice cubes in a clean tea towel, crush them with a heavy object, and pour into a cocktail glass. Stir in the coconut cream, pineapple juice, and cream and stir well with a spoon. Then serve.
