The quick meatballs

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • e.g. chili
  • e.g. paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onions and garlic, chop them into small cubes, and add them to the minced meat. Then add the 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. Knead everything thoroughly until everything is evenly distributed. Then add the mustard and tomato paste and season to taste. If you like it spicy, don’t be stingy. Finally, knead everything thoroughly again. Then you can form the mixture into medium-sized balls and fry them in a pan (I recommend using Rama Culinesse as cooking fat). Tip: Don’t fry at the highest temperature, otherwise the inside won’t cook. It’s better to turn it over more often.
