Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 250 g cream cheese with herbs
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 4 dashes of Maggi
- Paprika powder, hot
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the minced meat in a bowl and add the herb cream cheese. Peel the onion, chop finely, and add it to the bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, mustard, and Maggi. Mix well. If the mixture is still too wet, add a little more breadcrumbs. Carefully season with salt, pepper, and paprika, as the mixture is already seasoned with the Maggi and cream cheese. Now form 6-8 meatballs. Heat oil in a pan, add the meatballs, and fry until nicely browned on both sides. They’re delicious hot or cold.
