Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g dark chocolate
- 100 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 8 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Melt the butter in a saucepan and slowly melt the chocolate over low heat. Crack 8 eggs into a bowl, beat them well with the sugar, flour, and baking powder, and then stir in the butter-chocolate mixture. Spread the batter onto a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
