Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 m.-sized potatoes
- 6 carrots
- 2 large onions
- oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Greek potato salad
Boil the potatoes and carrots until al dente, then cut into bite-sized pieces. Halve the onions lengthwise and slice them lengthwise. Combine everything in a bowl, seasoning with oil and salt. Since the carrots give it a sweet taste, you can also add lemon zest.
