Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg ribs, thick
- 8 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 class can/n tomato(s) , (Pizza tomatoes)
- 1 bottle of beer (dark beer)
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp paprika powder (hot)
- 2 tbsp mustard (medium hot)
- 3 bay leaves
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sear the thick rib well on all sides. Remove the roast. Sauté the diced onions until crisp. Add the remaining ingredients and slowly deglaze with the dark beer. Cook over medium heat for about 1 hour. Serve with boiled potatoes or dumplings and red cabbage or salad.
