Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g cranberries
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 125 ml wine, red, dry
  • 250 ml currant juice
  • 40 ml syrup (raspberry syrup)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

great with turkey

Bring red wine, currant juice, raspberry syrup and sugar to a boil, add the cranberries and simmer for 10 minutes until the compote is reduced.
