Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g cranberries
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 125 ml wine, red, dry
- 250 ml currant juice
- 40 ml syrup (raspberry syrup)
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
great with turkey
Bring red wine, currant juice, raspberry syrup and sugar to a boil, add the cranberries and simmer for 10 minutes until the compote is reduced.
