Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 plum(s)
  • 15 g nuts
  • 5 g blossom honey
  • 5 g cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fitness, high fat, simple, tasty

Cut the banana, preferably into long pieces. Do the same with the plum, and arrange both ingredients on a plate. Then peel the nuts and arrange them randomly on the plate. Finally, drizzle 5g of honey over the ingredients and then sprinkle with cinnamon. Let stand for 5 minutes, then enjoy. This snack is ready in 5 minutes and should be left to stand for 5 minutes after preparation so that the cinnamon and honey can absorb into the banana and plum, releasing their flavors. This snack has 333 kcal and is very light.
