Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 270 g mayonnaise, reduced fat
  • 90 g tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp cucumber water
  • 100 g pickled gherkins
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • 1 small shallot(s)
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Tabasco

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

best with iceberg lettuce

Finely dice the pickle, bell pepper, egg, and shallot and place in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, pickle water, and milk and mix thoroughly. Season to taste with paprika, sugar, salt, and a dash of Tabasco.
