A very special salad dressing. Recipe from Bali, Indonesia. Original title: Saus Yuanita.

The ingredients should be at room temperature when preparing. Combine all four ingredients in a blender and blend on high. Heat in a water bath to 60°C, stirring continuously. Stop the process immediately as soon as the sauce becomes thick. Saus Yuanita is suitable as both a dressing and a dip.
