Winter muesli with fresh fruit and healthy grains

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp, heaped flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp, heaped millet flakes
  • 1 tbsp, heaped sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp, heaped amaranth, puffed
  • 1 small apple
  • ½ small orange(s) or 1 tangerine
  • 100 g yogurt or kefir

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash, core, and chop the apple; peel and chop the orange. In a bowl, combine the oats, flaxseeds, millet flakes, sunflower seeds, and puffed amaranth. Reserve some of the fruit for garnish and add the rest to the bowl and mix with yogurt or kefir. Garnish with the remaining fruit. It’s perfect for breakfast.
