Three-ingredient banana omelette

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 m.-sized eggs
  • 4 bananas
  • e.g. fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the eggs. Peel two bananas, knead them, and mix them with the eggs. Peel two bananas and slice them. Heat a frying pan with oil and add 1/4 of the banana slices to the pan. Pour 1/4 of the banana-egg mixture over the banana slices and let them set with the lid on. Once the surface is dry, turn the omelet over and continue cooking until the other side is set. Repeat the process with the rest of the omelet until the banana-egg mixture is used up. Plate and serve. Tip: If the omelet can’t be turned over, it also tastes delicious as banana scrambled eggs.
