Thyme and rosemary potato dumplings

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 250 g potato noodles
  • herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

a simple and quick side dish

Peel the onion and slice into rings. Heat margarine in a pan. Add the onion rings and toast. Remove from the pan. Add the herb sprigs to the pan along with the dumplings. Continue frying until the dumplings are golden brown. Season with a little herb salt and pepper. Remove the sprigs from the pan. Now either return the onion rings to the pan and stir everything together, or scatter them on a plate over the dumplings.
