Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g lemon peel
- 15 g thyme
- 7 g cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod(s)
- 5 g coriander
- 5 g mace
- 0.7 liters of schnapps 40%
- 700 g sugar
- 350 ml water

the best after a good meal
Let all the spices and the liquor stand in a prepared, sealed container for about two weeks. Boil the sugar with water, let it cool, and mix with the strained liquor.
