Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g lemon peel
  • 15 g thyme
  • 7 g cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 5 g coriander
  • 5 g mace
  • 0.7 liters of schnapps 40%
  • 700 g sugar
  • 350 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 14 days; Total time approx. 14 days 10 minutes

Let all the spices and the liquor stand in a prepared, sealed container for about two weeks. Boil the sugar with water, let it cool, and mix with the strained liquor.
