Tomato and wild herb salad with zatar yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 tomatoes
  • 200 g herbs (wild)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g natural yogurt, Greek
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch of chili salt
  • 1 tsp spice mix (zatar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and thinly slice them. Wash the wild herb salad and shake dry. Divide the tomato slices among plates for 4 people and scatter the wild herbs on top. Mix the yogurt with the warm broth, olive oil, zatar mixture, and chili salt and transfer to a squeeze bottle. Drizzle the dressing over the salad in quick swirls and serve.
