Tiger Eye

The perfect tiger eye recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 disc Bacon
  • 3 disc Toast
  • 1 Egg
  1. 4 Place the slices of bacon, slightly overlapping. Place 1 slice of toast on top. Cut out the second slice of toast in the middle and place on the first slice. The raw egg in the middle and the third slice of toast on top. Then flip over the bacon slices and then flip over the remaining bacon slices from the other side and offset by 90 degrees so that it is well packaged from all sides.
  2. Put it on the grill and grill until crispy on all sides. If done correctly, the bacon closes like a hard bowl around the toast and tastes delicious.
