Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch of salt
- 140 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 150 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. clove powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Fat for the mold

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl and mix. Then add the egg, oil, and buttermilk and mix everything well. Empty half of the batter into another bowl and mix with cocoa powder, clove powder, and cinnamon. Grease the muffin tins and then alternately fill with one teaspoon of white and one teaspoon of dark batter until the cups are 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 20-25 minutes. Tip: Once cooled, dust with powdered sugar or decorate with chocolate glaze.
