Tilapia Fish Pan A’la Don

- 3 kl. Tilapia fillets
- 3 gr Jacket potatoes from the previous day
- 2 Pc. Fresh garlic
- 0,5 packet Herbs of Provence TK
- 20 g Liquid butter
- 2 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- 1 disc Gauda
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, peel and roughly slice the jacket potatoes and place in a buttered casserole dish. Add the struck knofi toes and season with salt and pepper, put the cheese in strips (save 3 strips for the fish). Put the fillets on top. Stir the breadcrumbs and herbs into the butter and brush the fish with it, put a strip of Gauda on each and bake for 25 minutes on the 2nd rack from below.
