Tim’s Heavenly Burger Sauce
The perfect tim’s heavenly burger sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 piece Organic chicken egg
- 1 piece Shallot (20g)
- 1 piece Small clove of garlic
- 1 piece Cornichon (15g)
- 125 ml Sunflower oil
- 50 g Ketchup
- 1 tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Sea-Salt
- 1 tsp Medium hot mustard
- 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- First, we peel the garlic and shallot and roughly chop them. We separate the egg, only the yolk is used. Put the egg yolk together with the mustard in the cup of your hand blender and then place it in the cup. Then add all the other ingredients.
- The power of the hand blender should be at maximum. Turn on the blender, count to three and then slowly pull it up. Mix all ingredients well, you want an even sauce.
- The sauce is perfect to prepare and store in the refrigerator. But please don’t let them stand for more than 24 hours, as there is a raw egg yolk in the sauce.
