Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp morello cherries, drained
- 8 macaroons (coconut macaroons)
- some cinnamon
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix together the quark, yogurt, vanilla sugar, and cinnamon. Roughly chop the coconut macaroons in a food processor. Place half of the coconut macaroons into two small bowls. Place a tablespoon of morello cherries on each macaroon. Then top with two tablespoons of the quark and yogurt mixture. Repeat with the other half of the ingredients. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
