Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 bell peppers, green, yellow, red, cut into pieces
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely diced
  • 2 cups of cream or Cremefine
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 150 g mountain cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, fry the onions and garlic until translucent, then add the ground beef and fry, adding the bell pepper pieces for another 2-3 minutes at the end. Mix the pasta with the ground beef and place in a baking dish. Whisk the cream with the eggs and season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, then pour over the dish. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
