Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 30 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 500 g quark
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 50 ml Amaretto
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with Amaretto

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and fill with batter. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for storage.
