Tipsy Cranberry Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 100 g cranberries, soft cranberries (dried)
  • 50 g chocolate shavings
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 pack of ready-made mix – cherry baking
  • 60 ml milk
  • 175 ml sparkling wine
  • 240 g flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80 g sugar
  • 60 ml oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • possibly cake icing, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients well and pour into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups. Bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Garnish with chocolate glaze, if desired.
