Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 100 g cranberries, soft cranberries (dried)
- 50 g chocolate shavings
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pack of ready-made mix – cherry baking
- 60 ml milk
- 175 ml sparkling wine
- 240 g flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 80 g sugar
- 60 ml oil
- 1 egg(s)
- possibly cake icing, chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
a la Floo
Mix all ingredients well and pour into a muffin tin lined with paper baking cups. Bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Garnish with chocolate glaze, if desired.
