Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 kg strawberries
- 200 ml Prosecco
- 500 g gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems and green parts, and puree them. Combine the strawberries, Prosecco, and gelling sugar, stirring to bring to a boil. Boil gently over high heat for 5 minutes while stirring. While still hot, pour into jars and seal immediately.
