Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g ladyfingers
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Tiramisu from Dr. Oetker)
  • 2 tbsp Marsala
  • 200 ml coffee, boiled, strong
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 250 ml milk (1.5% fat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cover the bottom of a medium-sized baking dish with half of the sponge fingers. Mix the coffee with the liqueur and soak the sponge fingers with half of the liquid. Using a hand mixer on high speed, mix the cream powder with 250 ml of milk until creamy. Spread half of the cream over the sponge fingers. Place the remaining sponge fingers on top of the cream and drizzle with the coffee-liqueur mixture. Finally, top with the remaining cream and smooth it down. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour until ready to serve. Dust with cocoa powder before serving. A heavenly recipe! I have to make it almost monthly.
