Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 200 ml cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 60 g sugar
- 300 ml coffee, boiled (filter coffee)
- n. B. Amaretto
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 250 g speculatius biscuits
- 5 amaretti biscuits
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 20 ladyfingers
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Mix the filter coffee with a pinch of sugar and the amaretto. Add the sponge fingers and mash them with a fork. Pour into dessert glasses (approx. 150 ml each) and cover the bottom. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks form. Mix the sugar with the egg yolks. Mix the mascarpone with the egg yolk mixture and fold in the cream. Add the cinnamon. Pour the sponge mixture into the glasses. Crumble the speculatius biscuits and place them on top of the tiramisu. Place an amaretti biscuit on top of each biscuit. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Segment the oranges and marinate them with honey and lemon juice. Refrigerate. Serve as shown in the photo.
