Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 200 ml oil (sunflower oil)
- 200 ml orange juice
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 750 g mascarpone
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 100 ml espresso (alternatively strong coffee)
- 50 ml Amaretto
- Cocoa powder, for dusting

Beat eggs and sugar until thick and creamy. Add oil and juice. Mix flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, and mix in spoonfuls at a time. Pour into a springform pan lined with baking paper and bake at 160°C for approximately 40-45 minutes. Once cooled, cut in half crosswise. Mix together the mascarpone, egg yolks, and vanilla sugar. Soak the bottom layer with 5 tablespoons of the coffee-amaretto mixture, spread a thin layer of mascarpone cream, and place the second layer on top. Soak this layer as well and spread with cream. Place the top layer on top, pierce several times, and soak it as well. Spread the remaining cream all over the cake and chill. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
