Tiramisu – Super Tasty and Easy to Prepare

The perfect tiramisu – super tasty and easy to prepare recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Reduced fat mascarpone
  • 40 ml Amaretto / optionally rum
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 300 ml Coffee
  • 6 piece Egg yolk
  • 250 g Ladyfingers
  • Real cocoa
  1. Beat the mascarpone with 20 ml amaretto (optionally rum), sugar and 6 egg yolks until frothy. [The amaretto gives the tiramisu a delicious almond note; the variant with rum is the classic tiramisu]
  1. Mix the coffee and the rest of the amaretto (optionally rum) and dip the ladyfingers in it.
  1. Lay out the dipped ladyfingers in a mold and spread a layer of mascarpone on top; Another layer of ladyfingers and finally mascarpone again.
  1. Sprinkle with cocoa and chill for at least 3 hours.
