Tiramisu – Super Tasty and Easy to Prepare
The perfect tiramisu – super tasty and easy to prepare recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Reduced fat mascarpone
- 40 ml Amaretto / optionally rum
- 100 g Sugar
- 300 ml Coffee
- 6 piece Egg yolk
- 250 g Ladyfingers
- Real cocoa
- Beat the mascarpone with 20 ml amaretto (optionally rum), sugar and 6 egg yolks until frothy. [The amaretto gives the tiramisu a delicious almond note; the variant with rum is the classic tiramisu]
- Mix the coffee and the rest of the amaretto (optionally rum) and dip the ladyfingers in it.
- Lay out the dipped ladyfingers in a mold and spread a layer of mascarpone on top; Another layer of ladyfingers and finally mascarpone again.
- Sprinkle with cocoa and chill for at least 3 hours.
