Tiramisu with Apples
The perfect tiramisu with apples recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Ladyfingers
- 300 g Mascarpone
- 250 ml Cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 100 ml Calvados
- 200 g Apple compote
- 1 Espresso
- Cocoa powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Cane sugar
- Whip the cream with salt and vanilla sugar and first fold in the mascarpone (put a few tablespoons of this aside) and then mix in the chunky apple compote.
- Mix the espresso and calvados and sweeten with a little sugar.
- Line a casserole dish of your choice with ladyfingers and soak them with the espresso mixture – cover with a layer of mascarpone apple cream and layer the ladyfingers on top again – soak, etc.
- Continue layers until everything is used up – finish with a layer of mascarpone cream and dust with cocoa.
- Let it steep in the refrigerator for a few hours.
