Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g mascarpone
- 250 g ladyfingers
- 200 ml coffee, boiled, strong, cold
- 70 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 small bottle(s) of bitter almond flavoring (2 ml content)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

But it still tastes like the original!
Boil the coffee until stiff and chill. Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and 3/4 of the bitter almond oil. Then add the mascarpone and mix. Now add the beaten egg whites and carefully fold in. The cream is now ready. Add the rest of the bitter almond oil to the cold coffee. Place half of the ladyfingers in a suitable baking dish. Using a pastry brush, drizzle the ladyfingers with the coffee several times (about 2 to 3 times) and spread half of the mascarpone cream on top. Then add another layer of ladyfingers and brush with more coffee. Then spread the rest of the cream on top. Finally, sprinkle the cocoa powder over the cream and let the tiramisu chill in the refrigerator – ideally overnight.
