Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 slices of toast
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 slices of cooked ham
- 3 tbsp sauce (Bolognese or minced meat sauce), from the day before
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Using leftovers for minced meat sauce
Preheat oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Spread the toast with cream cheese and top with ham. Spread the sauce over the ham and top with a little sour cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
