Instructions

topped with fried egg and ham, interesting combination

Toast the bread, add a little butter, and spread a thick layer of cocktail sauce. Place a slice of cooked ham on each slice of toast. Cut the tomatoes into thin strips and arrange on top. Top each slice with half a slice of cheese. Bake in a hot oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes. While the bread is baking, add butter to a pan and fry the eggs until fried (the yolk should still be runny). Once the cheese has melted on the toast, top each slice with a fried egg. Season the egg with salt and pepper to taste.
