- 2 Discs Whole grain toast
- 50 g Pamesan cheese, freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
- 12 Discs Zucchini – very thin
- 2 tablespoon Red peppers, diced very small
- 1 branch Fresh thyme
- Place the toast in a baking dish or the baking tray and slide it under the grill for three to four minutes.
- Turn the bread slices over and top with the diced paprika and then the zucchini slices.
- Now spread the grated cheese on the toast and drizzle the honey over it.
- Slide under the grill again and wait until the cheese has run off.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
