Toast: Toast with Parmasan Honey Topping

The perfect toast: toast with parmasan honey topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Discs Whole grain toast
  • 50 g Pamesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon Honey liquid
  • 12 Discs Zucchini – very thin
  • 2 tablespoon Red peppers, diced very small
  • 1 branch Fresh thyme
  1. Place the toast in a baking dish or the baking tray and slide it under the grill for three to four minutes.
  2. Turn the bread slices over and top with the diced paprika and then the zucchini slices.
  3. Now spread the grated cheese on the toast and drizzle the honey over it.
  4. Slide under the grill again and wait until the cheese has run off.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
  6. Seen in a “Weight Watcher booklet” and modified for me.
