Farmer’s Toast with Herbal Topping Primavera
The perfect farmer’s toast with herbal topping primavera recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Herb salad
- 4 Pc. Eggs
- 4 Pc. Bacon slices
- Butter
- 4 Pc. Spring onions fresh, cut
- Arugula
- Parsley crispy fresh
- Fresh dill
- Chives fresh
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Red pepper
“Gerichte-Geschichte”
- A quick toast with eggs and bacon refined with a herb salad as a topping gives this breakfast a fresh and light note and is eaten as a brunch on Sundays.
Preparation “Ham / Bacon and Eggs”
- Leave the (ham) bacon in a hot pan and fry until crispy.
- Then the fried eggs are fried on two sides in the fat of the bacon and are salted and peppered.
The herb salad
- Coarsely chop the spring onion and herbs, pull through the olive oil, lightly salt and season with rose pepper.
Serving suggestion
- Toast the toast slices until golden brown, brush with a little butter, place the bacon and egg on top and garnish with the herb salad either as a topping or side dish.
