Toast with pear and blue cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 2 slices of ham (e.g. Serrano ham)
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 80 g blue cheese
  • pepper
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Butter the slices of toast and top with the ham. Thinly slice the pear and place it on the toast, seasoning with pepper to taste. Top with the blue cheese and bake in an oven preheated to 170°C until the cheese has melted nicely.
