Toasted bread with Brie and ham

  • 2 slice(s) of bread(s), at least 2 days old
  • Cheese, sliced ​​Brie, enough to cover 1 slice of bread
  • Ham, mildly smoked, enough to cover 1 slice of bread
  • Margarine or butter

Instructions

Using leftovers for stale bread

Spread the bread slices thinly with margarine on all sides. Heat a large frying pan large enough to fit both slices side by side. Toast both slices on one side, then flip and toast the other side. Place the cheese on one slice of bread and the ham on the other. Fold together, let rest on a plate for another 2 minutes, and enjoy.
