Toasted Farmer’s Breads

- 3 half Farmer’S bread slices
- 1 bullet Mozzarella
- 9 piece Cherry tomatoes
- 6 Discs Salami
- 3 tbsp Garlic oil
- 0,5 bunch Basil
- Himalayan salt from the mill
- Black pepper from the mill
- Chilli from the mill
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
- 3 Brush half slices of farmer’s bread with butter and fry in a hot pan until golden brown.
- Place 2 slices of salami on each of the toasted farmhouse bread slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small slices and distribute evenly on the bread slices.
- Divide the mozzarella ball into slices and distribute evenly on the bread slices.
- Finely chop the basil and sprinkle on the slices of bread.
